The drying cabinet Penzmash is designed for drying pasta, vegetables, fruits, berries, mushrooms, herbs, tea, pastes, marmalade, etc. The drying process takes place due to the uniform distribution of the air heated to the desired temperature inside the drying chamber. The air is heated by heating elements and evenly enters each shelf (tray) through holes in the walls into the chamber. Air circulation is provided by a heat-resistant fan.
